Quotations Weblog

Every Ill-Judged Outlay

July 12th, 2006 by Laura Moncur in Motivation

Shame on Johann Wolgang von Goethe. I have found that the more I diversify my interests, the more inspired I am to work on everything. If I took Goethe’s advice, there would be no Starling Fitness, Starling Travel or even this weblog. None of them would exist because I would be “concentrating” my powers on my personal weblog, Pick Me!

The next time you feel the urge to start a new project, don’t let this quotation stop you for a second. Doing things that you are interested in fuels your imagination and makes your normal work even more meaningful.
