Nothing better than making a raw superfood shake in the morning for breakfast. Ingredients:
Raw Organic Cacao
Raw Organic Maca
Organic Banana
Coconut oil
Raw Organic Honey
Raw Almond Butter
Organic Vanilla Powder
Raw Organic Chia Seeds
Cold Pressed Organic Hemp Oil
2 capsulles of Hot Rawks
2 capsules of Custom Probiotics

Sometimes I add Spirulina, Maple Syrup and Goji Berries

Energy all day : ) Especially when I am writing

And I got a wonderful skin-tan ... duh

Sorry to be so slack lately - greetings to all my friends here, you know who you are .
Very busy with visitors and family and maybe I need that amazing healthy breakfast for more energy. except I have no idea what half those ingredients are. Think a large coffee in each hand sounds much better.

Maybe I should get new spectacles but I do feel it has become unnecessarily small.

I thought it was me. It's different but I'll give it a chance before I pass judgement.

Back to breakfast, eggs benedict with smoked salmon and avocado. Espresso before and after.

hi,there. it is my first time talking here. i come from china.
it seem that there is few people from my place . lol...
so i do want to sa y something about my country ,or my daily breakfast.
since i live in the campus, often i buy some bread from the store when it were no time for classes,and in the other case ,i usually have noodles or porridge~~~~ they are our specail food~~~

On Friday 13th I shall be heading for English breakfast tea, toast and Oxford marmalade - will keep an eye on QP when I can and hope to be safely home again mid June. All the best to everyone GT
