I have some experience and hope it helpful for you.
Just use iJoysoft dvd creator,which can convert or burn SD and HD videos to DVD, like AVI, MPEG, DivX, DV, VOB, WMV, MKV, MTS, or iPhone 4 videos (MOV) to DVD and is safe.
but you need to download and run this DVD burner/DVD converter firstly.

Step 1: Add video file to DVD converter software

Click "Add Video File(s)" button or click "File > Add Video File(s)..." .
Or click "File > Add Video Folder..." .

Step 2: Choose the output settings

Destination: Insert a recordable disc, and choose the disc you insert from the "Destination" drop-down list. Or choose "Save as DVD Folder" or "Save as Image (.iso)".
Step 3: Create DVD menu

Click "Templates" button on the menu panel, and then, choose your favorite template from "Menu Templates" window to create a menu instantly.

Step 4: Creat DVD

Click “Burn” button at the right bottom of the list to start burning.
