May I Know which para in the Holy Koran says "He deserves Paradise who makes his companions laugh.
Koran". ?? - This is a serious issue If this is a wrong quote and must get removed immediately.

I wholeheartedly agree. It appears to be a fairly modern origin.

Ahan..Im quite sure this is not from the Quran...The Quran does not teach us to laugh. The Prophet of Islam always "smiled" and refrained from laughing in loud tones...How could Quran , The book Of Allah which the prophet (SAW) followed , instruct us to laugh. I'd request to the person's concerned to recheck there sources...Some organizations are popular for spreading wrong informations about the Quran in order to spread propaganda\\

Thanks for the research and insight. I've changed this one to "Anonymous," with a note, for now.

I doubt whoever spread it (apparently it appears in several books) intended it as propoganda - more likely, it's one of those cases where an "authority" is attached to an anonymous quote to make it seem more profound. (If you want it to sound smart, claim it was Einstein, if you want it to sound funny, claim it was Oscar Wilde, etc.)
